Guided Battlefield Tours is a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisors Trust (ABTOT). In the unlikely event of Guided Battlefield Tours failing, The Association of Bonded Travel Organisors Trust (ABTOT) protects your money through a bonded guarantee.

Simply return the booking enquiry form on our Book page. We will then contact you. We will ask you to complete a booking form and pay a deposit. Full payment will be required 8 weeks before travel. We endeavour to make the process as simple as possible and we are always available to answer questions.

You can put a cheque in the post or you can pay by card over the telephone. We do not charge for debit card payments. There is a charge of 2% for credit card payments. Please note that we do not accept payments by American Express cards.

Guided Battlefield Tours are offering this tour in cooperation with Mainline Travel.  Mainline Travel will provide the hotel and travel package and you will be covered under the Package Travel and Package Tour regulations by the company’s ABTA membership No. W2492.

We do not make arrangements for single travellers to share rooms. There is a supplement charged for the single occupancy of rooms. This is a charge made to Guided Battlefield Tours by hotels.

This will depend on when you cancel your tour. At Guided Battlefield Tours, we are required to make payments to our suppliers by specified dates. Please refer to our Booking Conditions.

In this unlikely event we will offer you an alternative tour, with a discount as described in our Booking Conditions, or provide a full refund.

Yes. You must take out travel insurance and we will require details of your insurance prior to travel. You are also recommended to obtain a European Health Insurance Card

Yes. All passengers travelling with us from the UK to France and Belgium will require a passport. It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure that they have their passport with them on joining the tour.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate passengers with disabilities where it is safe to do so. However, all passengers must be able to access the coach without a wheelchair and some of the sites visited are unsuitable for use by people in wheelchairs. Any person joining a tour who requires assistance for a disability must travel with an appropriate person to provide this.
